So it’s been a while

So, I’ve not written or done much over the last year . Family bereavements, continuing back/next issues, work and life getting in the way

However not being in shape is not putting me off having a go at King Alfred’s Way in a couple of weeks . In preparation I’ve loaded up the trusty bike with what I think I can get away with and give the bike a test ride today .

So upfront is the sleep system , Nemo mattress, Alpkit Bivi, feathstone sleeping duvet.

Frame bag has all the tools, headtorch, spares, micro jet boil, first aid power bank etc

Rear bag , has clothing , fleece, waterproof
